Plain English summary
Damafet collects nothing. The app does not connect to the internet, contains no analytics or advertising SDK, and never uses third-party trackers. Everything you create — your match log, quiz scores, feedback notes, theme and haptics preferences — lives exclusively on this iPhone. Deleting the app removes every trace.
1. Who we are
Damafet ("the app") is published by an independent developer. Contact: help@damafet.com. This policy applies to the iOS app distributed on the App Store under bundle identifier com.damafet.app.
2. What data we collect
None. We do not collect, transmit, sell, share, store on a server, or otherwise process any personal data. We do not have a server. We do not have user accounts. We have no way to identify you.
3. What data the app stores on your device
Everything you enter is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData and UserDefaults APIs. This includes:
- Match log entries (teams, format, venue, result, rating, notes)
- Quiz scores and history
- Feedback notes you save in Settings (drafts only — never sent anywhere)
- Your theme mode and haptic feedback preference
- Onboarding completion state
This data never leaves the device. iCloud sync is not enabled. Apple's automatic device backups (iCloud Backup or encrypted Mac/PC backup), if you have them enabled, may include the app's local database — that backup is between you and Apple and is outside our scope.
4. Permissions
The app requests no permissions. Specifically, Damafet does not request access to: camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, location, calendar, reminders, motion data, push notifications, Bluetooth, local network, or HealthKit.
5. Third parties
None. The app contains no SDKs from advertising networks, analytics providers, attribution platforms, crash reporting services, or social networks. The only "third party" involved is Apple, by virtue of the app being installed on iOS — refer to Apple's privacy policy for what Apple itself does at the platform level.
6. Children
Damafet does not target children specifically and contains no advertising or in-app purchases. Because the app collects no data, no special children's data handling is needed.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / etc.)
Because we hold no personal data about you, requests to access, rectify, port, restrict, object to, or delete personal data have no data to act on. To delete everything stored locally, use Settings → Reset everything in the app, or simply delete the app from your iPhone.
8. Data breach
Since no personal data leaves the device, there is no server-side breach surface. Local data security depends on your device passcode and Apple's on-device encryption.
9. Changes to this policy
If material changes are ever needed, the updated policy will appear at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Substantive changes that broaden data collection (none planned) would be reflected in an app update with App Store release notes.
